New: Trinity vote on Bicycle Pumps

In bicycle, Environment, Trinity College Dublin

Get on your bike & inspire change! Taking your bicycle is the most environmentally friendly, cheapest and often most time-efficient mode of transport!

Trinity wants to make using your bike easier and more accessible by installing bicycle pumps and repair stations on campus. Making bicycle repairs more accessible is an additional way to support the existing cycling community and also encourages others to take up cycling while reducing our environmental footprint – Go Green Go Cycling!

Join us on this campaign to influence positive impact by telling us where to place stationary bike air and repair stations. Through this, we will together strengthen the momentum to positively contribute to the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goal # 3 – Good Health & Well-Being and # 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities.

The proposed locations for the bicycle pump & repair stations are Trinity Sport, Botany Bay & Trinity Hall.
