New: Students said no plastic. What goes first?
This, dear change-maker, is the first of a number of campaigns where Trinity will put the decision making out to you. You vote, Trinity follow up, you then get the story of the impact that is created.
The first campaign where you can vote is linked with plastic.
The student-driven Trinity Plastics Solutions campaign was inspiring and led to the College adopting the goal of a campus free from single-use plastic. This work is now part of the plastic-free plan 2018.
There are so many worthy initiatives that need to be tackled to achieve this goal. The question now is: What do you want Trinity to focus on first? Your vote takes 5 seconds but means tangible plastic-reducing impact.

Great initiative. I fully support this!
James, yes exciting times! We’d love if you would inspire others to also have their say. These small steps of influence will go a long way. /Joanna & team onestepcloser.to

That makes us happy Clare! We are really excited to see it progress too! /Joanna & team onestepcloser.to
Impossible to choose between the three options. They are all so important. Britain seems a bit ahead of Ireland on this one – planning to ban plastic straws and plastic cotton earbuds by the end of the year. Anyway great to see Trinity starting to address these issues… Thanks. Roisin
We agree Roisin, that they are all important and it is really great to see the Trinity commitment. It is also truly inspiring to see so many people engaging and sharing the information. That means we all help boost awareness of this topic further. Thank you! /Joanna & team onestepcloser.to
